Tucked in the rolling hills at the Western most part of Lakeland, TN are the lovely subdivisions of Plantation Hills and Woodbridge. They are bound by Oliver Creek on the west and International Harvester Trails Park on the north.
The North side (Phase 1) of Plantation Hills is accessed by Memphis-Arlington Road or Davies Plantation Road. The South East side (Phases 2 & 3) of Plantation Hills and Woodbridge are accessed by Canada Rd. There is a city of Lakeland Park nearby that offers a nice play set and it is very close to Bartlett’s Davies Plantation park, as well. Woodbridge has its own picturesque park with gazebo.
The lots are a very nice size and run from ½ to 1 acre. At dusk you will see a multitude of deer coming from the surrounding hardwood forests and a lovely view of the sunset from the rolling hills. The homes range from approx. 2500-4500 square feet and are 10-20 years old. Many have been updated and there are quite a few have existing pools and most have space to put one. The award winning Lakeland school district serves many of the neighborhood kids and is opening a new Middle school in 2017. Arlington High school serves the neighborhood and has a great reputation for academic excellence and a great many clubs, music groups, and sports for all interests. These subdivisions are easily accessible to I-40, Hwy. 70 and I-385, which allows easy access and a 20 minute commute to MidSouth NSA. This established neighborhood is filled with great neighbors, including me!
